FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN

Welcome! We value children as full members of our body. Children are invited to stay and participate with their families in the service. During the music, children are invited to stand, sing, observe, sit, or dance near their parents. During the speaking, we invite children to a hands on opportunity of learning that is linked to the scripture being taught. Children are welcome to engage with any of the offerings at their seats or at the table. Parents are encouraged to sit near the table. We also offer an opportunity for children six and under to participate in a community of learning in room 105, if this is a better match for your child. Please see Janelle Garman, our children's pastor, if you need assistance.

NURSERY & LITTLES

Children play and learn about God through developmentally appropriate Bible stories and creativite activities.

ATRIUM 1

Sundays 9:00 - 10:00 am

Ages 3-6

A Montessori based opportunity which children actively explore Biblical truths and get to be with God. This is a time and space designed for children to grow in their unique relationship between God and themselves. We practice slowing our bodies down to help us focus and become aware of God's presence with us.

ATRIUM 2

Sundays 9:00 - 10:00 am

Ages 6-9

Level 2 atrium builds on the quiet, contemplative moments children

spent in atrium 1, enjoying God's love in their own way. Now the work we do is more broad and complex, and the children begin working in groups.
