Our Worship Arts Team is composed of musicians, actors, sound techs, visual techs, writers, directors, set-builders, clowns, puppeteers, storytellers, dancers, and artists who create things with their hands. We welcome like-minded people to come and be a part of our teams.
Our purpose is to use our gifts to lead others into worship as we gather as the flock called Second Street.
We meet together as teams to encourage one another as spiritual seekers to cooperate with God and each other to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
We travel through our journey together, becoming more skillful as we practice our arts, more aware of how God would have us use our talents as we seek His will through prayer and reading His Word, and more connected as we share our lives with one another.
Worship is one place where we have a great opportunity to be changed by God. That is where our hardened hearts can be transformed into soft clay by His warm hands.
