Though we are small in number, we carry deep roots in our community and broad influence through relationships, history, and service. Our church family is rich in wisdom, experience, and a desire to make a lasting difference for God’s Kingdom.

Where We Are

Our church is entering a season of transition. Our longtime pastor plans to retire in the next couple of years, and we are seeking to prepare for the future. We want to invest in someone who can grow into the role of our next pastor.

The Opportunity

We are stepping out in faith with a one-year experiment. We want to hire someone part-time who:

       Shares our heart and values.

Is open to being mentored, making mistakes, and learning from them.

Desires to grow into pastoral leadership.

Can gradually step into greater responsibility as our current pastor transitions out.

We welcome applicants who are new to pastoral ministry as well as those with significant ministry experience. We are looking for someone who is teachable, relational, and willing to journey with us into the future.

What We’re Offering

Part-time employment with the possibility of increasing hours over time.

Mentorship and guidance from our current pastor and church leadership.

A supportive, relational congregation eager to invest in your growth.

●    One-year commitment of resources from our church, with openness to extend if the experiment bears fruit.

What We’re Looking For

A follower of Jesus with a heart for God’s people.

Someone willing to learn, grow, and serve in a small church setting.

A person who values relationships, authenticity, and community.

Someone with the potential to serve as our future pastor.
